₹120.00 0% Off ₹120.00
  • One-Way Water Flow: Allows purified water to flow out of the RO membrane and into the storage tank, but strictly blocks it from flowing backward into the housing.
  • Solves Auto-Start Problem: Prevents the High-Pressure Switch (HPS) from constantly tripping, fixing the annoying issue where the RO machine turns on and off repeatedly.
  • Protects the Membrane: Stops reverse water pressure from rupturing or damaging the delicate layers of your expensive RO membrane.
  • Premium Build: Equipped with a high-quality stainless-steel internal spring and a food-grade rubber seal for long-lasting, rust-free performance.
  • Universal Fit: Standard 1/8-inch male thread perfectly screws into the pure water port of all standard 1812/2012 membrane housings, with a 1/4-inch push-fit output

Product Overview: The Check Valve (Non-Return Valve) is the unsung hero of your water purifier. Screwed directly into the pure water outlet of the Membrane Housing, it acts as a one-way security door. When the Booster Pump pushes pure water into the tank, the valve opens. The moment the pump stops, the internal spring snaps the valve shut, trapping the pressure in the tank and preventing the water from rushing back into the membrane.

Why Choose Our Check Valve? If your RO storage tank is full, but the machine keeps turning on for a second and then turning off continuously, your old check valve has failed. The pure water is leaking backward, dropping the pressure and tricking the sensors. Our premium Check Valve creates an absolute watertight seal, protecting your expensive membrane from reverse-pressure damage and saving your booster pump from burning out due to rapid cycling.

Ans: It is screwed into the Pure Water Output port of the RO Membrane Housing. (Note: Membrane housings have two outputs at the bottom. The Check Valve goes into the one at the center, not the side one which is for waste water).

Ans: Yes! This is the classic symptom of a failed Check Valve. Replacing it with this new valve will stop the backflow of water, maintain the pressure in the pipe, and fix the continuous ON/OFF cycling immediately.

Ans: Yes, it is highly recommended to wrap 5-6 layers of Teflon tape around the threaded end (1/8") before screwing it tightly into the membrane housing to ensure a 100% leak-proof seal.

Ans: No, the output side features a standard 1/4-inch push-fit connector. You simply push your pure water pipe directly into it, and it locks automatically.

Ans: Yes, the 1/8-inch thread and 1/4-inch push-fit size is the universal standard used across almost all residential RO brands and assembled models.
